Paxta Lizing JSC was founded by the decision of the Constituent Assembly on February 22, 2006 and registered by the Inspectorate for Registration of Business Entities of the Khokimiyat of Chilanzar District, Tashkent City on March 17, 2006 under the number No. 001827-08.
According to the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Paxta Lizing JSC dated October 11, 2019, the company was renamed Agro Finans Lizing JSC and registered under number No. 2512822 dated October 15, 2019, by the Center for Public Services of the Chilanzar district, Tashkent.
The new version of the Company's Charter was approved at an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 21, 2021, and registered by the Office of the Public Services Agency of the city of Tashkent, Chilanzar District Center for Public Services dated May 28, 2021 under No. 001827-08, under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The main activities of the company are:
- Acquisition of various tangible and intangible assets, movable and immovable property for own and (or) borrowed funds and providing them to business entities on the basis of leasing agreements;
- Provision of high-quality leasing services that contribute to filling the market of the Republic of Uzbekistan with high-quality consumer goods , import-substituting and export-oriented products;
- Providing lease recipients with advanced technologies and equipment for short-term and long-term use;
- Construction of intensive orchards and vineyards and their sale (turnkey) to business entities, individuals;
- Land preparation with the introduction of drip irrigation technologies, sprinkler irrigation and their sale to business entities, individuals;
- Wholesale and retail.
The company is engaged in the supply of modern foreign and domestic agricultural machinery and spare parts, tires, as well as various types of equipment for agricultural machinery, cultivators, plows to farms and other agricultural enterprises of the Republic.
