AGRO FINANS LIZING JSC announces a competition for the selection of an audit organization for an external audit for 2022 in accordance with national accounting standards (NAS) for the transformation of the company's financial statements for
2022 in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and an external audit for 2022 in accordance with International Auditing Standards (ISA).
To participate in the competition, all interested audit organizations must submit a JSC «AGRO FINANS LIZING» the following documents:
- a copy of the license for the right to engage in audit activities;
- a copy of documents on state registration;
- information about the audit organization ( civil liability insurance policy, qualification certificates of auditors, as well as a resume that includes information on the size of the authorized capital, on activities and operations that characterize the experience of auditing, staff qualifications, term of professional activity, work experience, proposal for the cost of services, etc.) ;
- audit methodology.
Audit organizations can take part in the competition:
- having an auditing license issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and an insurance policy;
- holding internationally recognized certificates (AACC, DipIFR, CPA, CIPA);
- experience in the field providing audit services for at least 3 years;
Commercial proposals for participation in the competition are accepted at the address: 100156, Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Chilanzar district, quarter 20A, 9, within 5 days from the date of publication of the announcement of the competition.
Proposals submitted after the specified deadlines are considered invalid and are not accepted for consideration.

To participate in the competition, all interested audit organizations must submit JSC AGRO FINANS LIZING » the following documents:

- a copy of state registration documents ;
- information about the audit organization (civil liability insurance policy, qualification certificates of auditors, as well as a summary, including information on the size of the authorized capital, on activities and operations, characterizing the experience of auditing, staff qualifications, term of professional activity, work experience, price offer services, etc.);
- audit methodology.
